Provisional results of semester 1 exams may be released locally by Schools/Colleges via Blackboard Grade Centre. Students are advised to check Blackboard for information about provisional results in the first instance. The Exams Office will only be releasing official results in July following Exam Boards.

Anti-Racism Workshop / Ceardlann Frithchiníochais
This free workshop will be delivered online over two evenings 6pm-8pm Mon 15th and Thurs 18th of Feb. Day 1 looks at “How to Be An Ally: Self-Awareness, Anti-Racism and Effective Allyship” and Day 2 is the “Beginner’s Guide to Changing the World”. More info HERE. 5 A Day for Mental Health Workshops
We have teamed up with Jigsaw to bring you this free 1 hour workshop which aims to provide young adults, aged 17 – 25 in third level educational settings, with the strategies necessary to build and take care of their own mental health. The workshops take place 5.30pm-6.30pm Thurs 4th March or 5.30pm-6.30pm Mon 29th March via Zoom. More info and sign up here.

Marchathon is the annual Smarter Travel Workplaces & Campus Walking Challenge that runs in March each year. WRAP® (Wellness Recovery Action Planning) is an evidence-based program which develops personalised tools to manage distress & promote a positive approach to maintaining wellness. Participants partake in four 2.5 hour sessions over four weeks, guided by a trained facilitator. The Influence of Message Fatigue, Attention and Emotional Reactivity on Covid-19 Risk Perception.
This study aims to examine if message fatigue, attention and emotional reactivity are present among college students in Ireland, and if these phenomena predict Covid-19 risk perceptions. All students are eligible to participate. Study Link.

Sexual Health West offers free rapid HIV testing. Free rapid testing is completely confidential and only takes a couple of minutes to get results.
