International Day of Persons with Disabilities | Lá Idirnáisiúnta na nDaoine faoi Mhíchumas
To mark International Day of Persons with Disabilities on Friday 3rd of December 2021 your SU Disability Rights Officer has put together the following FREE events next week:
- Disability Rights Clinics On Zoom 4pm-6pm Mon 29th Nov + 1.30pm-3pm Fri 3rd Dec. Zoom Link here.
- ISL Workshops 11am-12pm Monday-Thursday & 3pm-4pm Friday 3rd Dec on Zoom. The Irish Sign Language workshop will consist of the alphabet and numbers and basic phrases. Zoom Link here.
- Disability Experience Workshops 12pm-1pm Monday-Thursday & 4pm-5pm Friday 3rd Dec on Zoom. The Disability Experience workshop is a place where students can come and share their experience on disability, positive or negative, how it has impacted them and their families. It is open to students who have a disability or those who support someone with a disability. Zoom Link here.
