6 WEEKS PILATES FLOW

Description:

A 45-50 minute live online class focusing on improving flexibility, mobility, core strength and stability. Providing you with a space to become aware of the way your body moves- creating that mind-body connection.

Each week will be a whole body movement experience consisting of a particular sequence of exercises which will be repeated throughout the class. It will seem like you are constantly moving or flowing.

Each week will have a different theme and sequence of exercises.

Dates/Times March/April 2025 Course: 7.45am-8.35am (approx) Wednesday 5th March – Wednesday 9th April 2025

Course Venue: Online via Zoom. The live class will be recorded for those that can’t make it. The recording will be emailed to you and will be valid for a week to allow you time to catch up or do the class again.
