- We have completed our marketed research and we have used the information to focus our efforts on the most popular services. We received over 1800 responses to the email survey.
- A mobile map of the campus was highly requested, and we are currently developing a campus wide map This map will provide information about opening and closing time of places around campus as well.
- We have added a range of other services to the app, Such as emergency contacts, SIN newspapers, Flirt Fm radio, Student information desk along with a long list of others.

- Upon receiving notice that our project had been accepted for funding, we arranged meetings with our staff partners
- We have spent the last number of weeks working with our staff partners to design a market research questionnaire. This is a page long document that will gain feedback from students on topics such as what they wish to see in the app as well as technological details such as the array of mobile phone operating systems
- Our staff partners in marketing are planning on releasing the survey via student email on the 15th of January. We plan on having a two week response time. In this time we will use other promotion methods to promote the survey in as many different ways as we can
- Radio, Blackboard, Facebook , Twitter, Sin Newspaper and Clubs and Societies will promote the survey
- We will be offering a small incentive of 5-10 cinema tickets, randomly rewarded to reply
- Once the market research has been collected and analysed we will set to working on designing the service and the base line application. The time frame for this is early February
