We sell Student Leap Cards which offers travel discounts for students. We take your photo and print the card in the office. For more information please check Studentleapcard.ie.

An Mheitheal Rothar offer two open workshops everyweek where anyone can come in with their bicycle which is in need of repair or just for a regular check up and maintenance. They operate out of The Ecospace, which is shared with the University of Galway Bike Gang Society (BG Soc). It is based in the city centre, beside Fisheries fields.

The Students’ Union offer free High Vis Jackets at various times throughout the year.

Bike Safety

All bikes all have unique serial numbers. Most bicycles have their serial number engraved beneath their bottom bracket, but sometimes serial numbers are found in other places. It is important to keep a copy of this serial number in case your bike is stolen so that you can identify your bike if it is found.  If you have the original sales receipt from a bike shop, it usually will include the correct serial number.
