4 WEEKS PILATES FLOW
Description:
A 45-50 minute recorded class focusing on improving flexibility, mobility, core strength and stability. Providing you with a space to become aware of the way your body moves- creating that mind-body connection.
Each week will be a whole body movement experience consisting of a particular sequence of exercises which will be repeated throughout the class. It will seem like you are constantly moving or flowing.
Each week will have a different theme and sequence of exercises.
Dates/Times 2024 Course:
Monday 4th March – Monday 25th March 2024
Course Venue: It will be recorded. A new recording will be sent to you every Monday and it will expire on Sunday night.
