If you have a complaint about an exam, you can contact the Education Officer for advice. If you feel your exam result was unfair, check out the Examinations Office’s website for information on re-checks and appeals, which can in some cases improve your result.
If you were affected by family or personal illness, bereavement of family or friends, or other extenuating circumstances which you believe adversely affected your exam results, an exam appeal might be a good option for you. Again, contact the Education Officer for information first.
