Constitution of the Students’ Union

About the Constitution

The Constitution of NUI Galway Students’ Union is a legally-binding document passed by referendum of the students of NUI Galway on 10th March 2012 which outlines the functions and objectives of the Students’ Union. It also indicates how these goals should be achieved, and amongst other things, how the Union is governed and how the commercial activities of the Union are run.
