SU Part Time Staff Job Applications Open for 2026/27
The University of Galway Students’ Union employs a number of part-time staff each academic year to support its work. Part-time staff work primarily in the Students’ Union Cloakroom, however they may also be required to work in other students’ union services such as the Students’ Union Reception, the Síbín and Spéir – Students’ Union Pantry.
Applications are now open for our three vacant Part Time Staff positions for the 2026/27 academic term.

These services will be open 9am-6pm Monday – Friday during term time with extended hours during exams. Please only apply if you will be available to work during these hours. Staff will generally work approximately 8-10 hours per week on weekdays. Rate of pay is living wage. Applicants must have a PPS number and be available to attend training 31st August and work from Monday 7th of September.
