Sexual Health Awareness and Guidance (SHAG) Week | An tSeachtain um Fheasacht agus Threoir ar an tSláinte Ghnéis

Monday 21st November | Dé Luain an 21 Samhain

  • 13:00-14:00 Best Sex Ever Workshop with Grace Alice Ó Sé sex and intimacy specialist and author from Kerry, Ireland.

This workshop explores definitions of sex and sexuality and encourages participants to broaden their understanding of each beyond gendered, heteronormative, penetration and performance-focused social scripts. Grace guides participants through opening up these definitions towards a more inclusive, pleasure-focused view of sex and sexuality. She also teases out sex positivity and shame and how influential both can be in a person’s sex life. Many ‘norms’ and ‘should’s around sex are brought to the surface and tackled with empathy and kindness, helping participants feel more informed and empowered to create sexual experiences that they truly want, rather than what they think they should have. Embracing true sex positivity and dismantling shame = the best sex ever! Online event. Book HERE.
