• Outline the project concept.
• Outline who the project targets and why it’s necessary.
• Describe who the customers/users of the project will be.
• How advanced is the concept?
• What is the potential impact of the project. (Financial/Social/Cultural)?

Project Implementation:

• What will it take for your project to succeed?
• Describe what, if any, marketing research has been undertaken?
• Identify any potential competitors for your project.
• Outline what promotion would be undertaken for your project.
• What are the financial needs of your project in the short and medium term period?
• How do you plan to spend the €500 allowance if your project makes it to the final stage?
• What is the timeframe envisioned to bring the project to the market?
• What do you see as the main strengths and weaknesses of your proposal, and from what area do you think you would benefit from help and assistance?
• What experience do your team members bring to your team?
• Outline the role of each individual team member and the particular strengths they bring to your project.

Future Projections:

• Outline in detail your long term hopes and projections for the project.
